1. Shipping Regions
- Currently: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Coming Soon: Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Standard (5–7 business days): Aramex, Delhivery
- Express (1–3 business days): FedEx, Aramex
3. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping
- Free for orders over AED 100
- AED 20 for orders under AED 100
Express Shipping
- Flat fee of AED 40 across all regions
4. Order Processing Time
- Processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed next business day
5. Duties & Taxes
- UAE Orders: All duties and taxes covered by IndoBaz
- Future GCC Shipments: Policies may update; we’ll notify you in advance
6. Order Tracking
Track your order any time at indobaz.com/orders/tracking.
7. Delivery Failures & Address Issues
- Up to three delivery attempts, with notifications before each
- After three failed attempts, order is cancelled and returned to vendor
- Address Updates:
- Contact the carrier to amend details
- If not updated within 7 days, order is cancelled & refunded

- Clothing & Accessories: Standard handling applies
- Home Décor (Coming Soon):
- Extra packaging for safe transit
